Yamaha and Dorna Sports have signed a new agreement confirming the official supply of scooters for the FIM MotoGP World Championship.
In 2005, Yamaha first became the exclusive scooter supplier to Dorna Sports, owner and promoter of the commercial rights of MotoGP, and has since proved to be a valuable and reliable partner for staff in the MotoGP paddocks.
This new agreement will provide Dorna with a fleet of 25 scooter NMAX 125, which were first presented and put into service during the Portuguese Grand Prix in Portimão. The scooters will be used throughout the 2021 season.
