The dealerships reopened, the “Ducati Cares” program continues, dedicated to the needs of Ducatisti and to reduce the inconvenience associated with Covid-19.

Ducati dealers are open and ready to welcome fans. From May 4th - as defined by the Dpcm of April 26th - it is again possible to go to your trusted dealer to evaluate the purchase of a new or used motorcycle or for scheduled maintenance.
After presenting "Ducati Cares", the program that sets out the guidelines to be adopted to welcome the Ducatisti back into the official dealers, Ducati has decided to extend the warranty on both motorcycles by three months new and on those with the “Factory Ever Red” warranty extension.
All owners of a Ducati, whose warranty has a term between March 1, 2020 and May 31, 2020, have a free extension of coverage for a further three months. As well as - for those who have not been able to carry out scheduled maintenance due to mobility restrictions - it is possible to recover any coupons up to 31 July 2020 without affecting the validity of the guarantee.
In collaboration with its official network, Ducati also offers a free check with engine and vehicle software updates.
During the general check, safety and functional checks will be carried out, according to the standard Ducati warranty rules (service available at dealers participating in the programme).
