The Panoramica Zegna is a great classic among the roads to be done by motorbike in Italy and for day trips from Milan and Turin.
A great classic for those who want to discover the Piedmont by motorbike, from this road you can admire both the Biellese Alps and the panorama below.
Content index
The breathtaking panorama steals the show from the many curves that meet, so you must always pay a little attention or simply stop often to admire the landscape.
La strada
It starts from Biella following the provincial road 200 crossing Zumaglia and Valle Mosso, after Trivero turn left on the Panoramica Zegna, reaching the highest point in Bielmonte. We recommend the itinerary from West to East, to have the view along your direction of travel. Those leaving from Milan can opt for the passage from Novara and then cross Borgosesia, otherwise touch the lake maggiore, passing through Castelletto and Borgomanero.
Useful Tips
We strongly recommend (even for those traveling by car) to visit the Oasi Zegna, a natural park with free access, where families, children and sportsmen can practice activities in nature. For more information click here: Oasi Zegna
The road is not particularly long, but as always, it is the experience that makes every trip special. Recommended stop at the Monte Marca Refuge in Bielmonte, where you can get on the chairlift (single-seater) and descend by bobsled!
If you want to continue, you can stretch up to the splendid streets of Roero and Langhe!
