Two spectacular virtual races on the Mugello and Misano circuits, Saturday 16 May at 14.00 pm live on the Ducati website and on motorvalleyfest.it

  • The challenge involves the Ducati riders MotoGP Danilo Petrucci, Michele Pirro and Pecco Bagnaia against the expert pro players Andrea Saveri, Davide Gallina and the youtuber Andrea Pirillo
  • The Ducati e-Race is supported by Motorola, a brand of the Lenovo group, an important partner of Ducati Corse in the MotoGP championship

At the race start at 14.00 pm Saturday 16 May the exclusive and spectacular Ducati Motorola e-Racelive on the Ducati website, as well as on the Motor Valley Fest Digital platform.

Two exciting virtual competitions involving the MotoGP riders of the Ducati Team Danilo Petrucci and Michele Pirro, Pecco Bagnaia of the Pramac Racing Team, the two expert pro player Andrea Saveri, winner of the 2019 MotoGP eSport Championship and official Ducati Corse rider and Davide Gallina, the new official gamer for Pramac Racing for the 2020 season. Sixth rider in the race is the motorcyclist /youtuber Andrea Pirillo.

The two races of the Ducati Motorola e-Race will be held on the two Italian circuits MotoGP competition theater: the Mugello International Circuit and the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli . On the Mugello circuit, one of the most spectacular in the whole championship, the race will be run over a distance of 6 laps in cloudy weather conditions. On the track of the Misano World Circuit, one of the main racetracks of the Motor Valley in the heart of that territory that has always been linked to the world of motors, 7 laps will be run in sunny conditions. Before getting to the heart of the competitions, the drivers will also face a short 10-minute qualifying session to establish the starting position for each race.

A real spectacular event complete with post-race interviews and a real virtual award ceremony. To decree the podium of the e-Race at the end of each GP, points will be attributed to the drivers, which will then be added up to define the general classification and therefore the winners. The prizes are up for grabs by Motorola, a company of the Lenovo Group, an important partner of Ducati Corse in the MotoGP championship.

The virtual competition, organized in collaboration with Pro2Be Esports, will be commented by Alessandro Pietracatella, technical speaker of the Italian MIC and MIR Esport championships, and by Matteo Pittaccio, official voice of the competitions Motorcycle 3 and Moto 2 broadcast on DAZN. At the end of the races the two pro players, Andrea Saveri and Davide Gallina, will stop for a Q&A session with all the fans.

An unmissable event, where the drivers involved will not spare themselves and where everyone will be at the start with the aim of winning. The Ducati Motorola e-Race is just one of the events that will contribute to making this edition of the Motor Valley Fest Digital interesting.
