Passo Gardena, one of the best-known passes in the Dolomites, offers unique views and lots of fun bends: a true paradise for motorcycles.

Passo Gardena is part of the Giro del Sella (Sellaronda), one of the stretches of road that surrounds the Sella Group, and is often very busy due to its beauty and the connection Corvara - Selva di Val Gardena.

Better in the morning

The road, in excellent condition, offers views and fun. The road surface allows you to drive in peace but the traffic is always very intense, especially in summer.

The route between Selva di Val Gardena is short up to Corvara, but our advice is to enjoy it km by km, although we are sure that you will stop often for some splendid souvenir photos or just to admire the imposing mountain massif of the Sella.

At the top of the pass, or rather from the refuge and its terrace, you can admire a splendid view of both sides and the road that crosses them.

Useful tips and curiosities

Val Gardena and the Corvara area are splendid mountain resorts, perfectly organized for all types of tourism. Our advice is to stay a few days in the area in motorcycle to be able to discover the various passivated of the area without haste.

As well as in the morning, the show of The Dolomites it is at sunset, when they are tinged with the warmest colors, perhaps to be paired with a good wine from Alto Adige.

To this itinerario you can also add the other steps of the zone such as Fedaia Pass, Sella Pass, Pordoi Pass, Step Manghen and many others among South Tyrol e Venetian.
