Smart Jackets is the new Dainese airbag vest that offers the protection of the most advanced D-air technology® in a versatile garment, suitable for every motorcyclist and for all types of road use. Available in men's and women's versions, it can be worn over or under any jacket and outfit without requiring any type of connection with the motorcycle.
The control unit electronics analyzes the data 1.000 times per second and detects any dangerous situations, today even in the event of an impact with the vehicle stationary, to activate the system only when necessary. Thanks to the patented structure with internal microfilaments, the airbag bag - the Shield - inflates in a homogeneous and controlled way along the entire surface, creating a real shield that wraps the body and guarantees the necessary protection. The Shield covers the torso and back and offers protection equal to that of 7 level 1 back protectors, without having any rigid protector inside: the result is an extremely light and practical garment, which, once you get off the bike, it can be conveniently folded and stored in a side bag, top case or backpack.
