From road to off-road, Continental's tire safety and quality is chosen for adventure touring events.
During the non-competitive motorcycle tourism events Continental Italia will provide assistance along the entire route to the competitors and will participate in the event with its own team riding two splendid Benelli Leoncino 500 Trail prepared for the occasion.
Continental , which for over 140 years makes road safety and technological innovation its mission investing and producing, in addition to tires, technologies to make vehicles and roads safe, it is a technical partner of the Transitalia Marathon 2019, an international Adventouring Motorcycle Touring event non-competitive for all those who make the motorcycle a means of exploring new forms of travel and adventure.

For the fifth edition of Transitalia Marathon, scheduled from 23 to 28 September, Continental Italia will provide assistance to participants throughout the itinerary. A one-of-a-kind path that crosses well 6 Regions, for a total of almost 900 km: from Rimini to Castiglion Fiorentino (AR), crossing Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Marche e Lazio to discover the traditions, flavors and landscapes of a fascinating and exciting Italy.
A particularity of the Transitalia Marathon 2019 is the participation of a Continental team. Composed by Alessandro Broia, agent and training manager for the Business Unit motorcycle and owner of the events agency Ride & Co, Giorgio Cattaneo, PR & Communication Manager and Fabio Borelli, head of the two-wheeler Business Units, the Continental team will ride a Benelli Lion cub 500, equipped with TKC 80 tires, the super-classic offroad of the German brand.
