Over 40.000 motorcyclists from all over the world made it to the most important annual BMW Motorrad rally!
Munich / Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Last weekend, the 40.000th BMW Motorrad Days took place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the foot of the Zugspitze. This year, more than XNUMX visitors once again transformed the festival grounds in the Hausberg mountain into the largest BMW Motorrad rally in the world.
While visitors from Germany, Austria e Switzerland As always, many took part, many pilots BMW Motorrad they also came from France, Italy e Spain, together with friends and fans of the brand from Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, United States, Canada, South Korea, India, Philippines.
In addition to the numerous new products presented by around 80 exhibitors from the custom world, BMW Motorrad presented the new one this year BMW R nineT / 5, a motorcycle which pays homage to the legendary BMW R 75/5 from 1969. True to the motto “classic, authentic, original - and air-cooled”, the four motorbikes presented at the festival motifs impressed the hearts of fans.
As always, the XNUMXth edition of BMW Motorrad Days was dedicated to creating a relaxed party atmosphere between live music, good food and great Bavarian beer.
Conversely, the real action exploded with Donald Ganslmeier and his team's Motalrome Wall of Death Show, as well as Alex Le Marseillais's BMW Motorcycle Drift Show and Irish Mattie Griffin's Freestyle Show at the Event Arena.
In addition, more than 1.000 participants took test rides and over 600 visitors took test rides in the Enduro Park. The sessions of training and children's tests were certainly the highlight for the bravest young visitors and for 150 of them they were the first experiences on two motorized wheels.
Like every year it was simply beautiful and we will never tire of returning!
