The recently released BMW GS 40 Years Edition models are already almost sold out for the new R 1250 GS and R 1250 GS.
With the winter coming to an end, sales of the Bavarian company's best-selling model resume and obviously we are talking about the R 1250 RS, with the timeless boxer engine and a look that has made BMW history: the black and yellow of the legendary R 100 GS. Motor
As of today, the legendary two-cylinder boxer engine guarantees a superior and refined drive. It maintains the displacement of 1.254 cm3 and with the current EU5 homologation still delivers a maximum power of 100 kW (136 hp). Thanks to BMW ShiftCam technology for varying the valve timing and lift of the intake valves, it provides superior power along the entire delivery curve, extremely smooth and quiet operation and exceptional consumption and emission values.
Brakes and DTC
The R 1250 GS and R 1250 GS Adventure are the world's most popular touring enduros, in their latest edition with Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), the new riding mode "Eco" and BMW Integral ABS Pro as standard. It is a braking system that provides even more safety when braking, even when cornering, and thinks even further, so to speak.

In their respective basic versions, the new BMW R 1250 GS and R 1250 GS Adventure underline their nature and their universal talent in the solid white and ice-gray paintwork.
