The offer of motorcycles dedicated to adventure is growing, as well as the training of the riders on their motorcycles or with those made available by the school.
The choice to rely on the hands of an expert to improve your driving technique becomes more and more frequent and in my opinion a very good decision.
Also Yamaha takes the field, with its line dedicated to Adventure Touring and off-road, together with Daniel Madrigali e BLUE BIKE CAMP with driving courses of various levels and adventure tours (adventour) for motorcycle YAMAHA and more (motorcyclists with any brand will be accepted), with the availability of a fleet consisting of XT1200Z Super Ténéré, for those who intend to rent them.
The goal of the school is to give owners of maxi-enduros the riding technique to use their motorbike even off-road, becoming familiar with the "important" dimensions of their vehicles, with specifically designed courses and exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to discover or improve their off-road driving skills, then exploiting what they have learned in the guided tours on routes suitable for adventure motorcycles, in safety and fun.
LOCATIONS
The scenario of this new off-road school will be theAlta Val Tidone, one of the less known territories among the Piacenza valleys and therefore all to be discovered on two wheels. BLUE BIKE CAMP will work together with the Municipality of Alta Val Tidone for the practice of off-roading on its roads, in perfect harmony with the territory and with the aim of enhancing and promoting its tourist-landscape, cultural and gastronomic characteristics.
BLUE BIKE CAMP will have a hospitality and training base in the setting of Mulino Borgo Lentino, a Nibbiano (PC), a location of historical and cultural prestige, as well as located in a central position and easy to reach from the A21 motorway.
COURSES
There will be 4 dates for the Basic level courses: 12st May, 15nd June, 6 July e September 7th. The courses will be open to a maximum number of 10 motorcyclists, who will be able to participate with their own motorcycles of each brand or using the YAMAHA XT1200Z Super Ténéré provided by the organization on request.
The courses will be taught by experienced instructors, champions of great off-road challenges of the past, ready to pass on their experience and their secrets to the participants. The cost of participation in the course is € 250, rental of the bike is € 150. The cost includes the driving course, a welcome coffee and a lunch with typical cuisine. BLUE BIKE CAMP will issue a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
THE ADVENTOUR
There will be 3 adventure tour routes proposed, with increasing lengths and difficulties (from 70 to 130 km). They will take place in groups of up to 10 motorcyclists with two expert and authorized guides for the purpose.
The departure will be from the base of the Mulino Borgo Lentino di Nibbiano, to head first towards the precious area of Piacenza vineyards, to continue on magnificent Strade Bianche in the undergrowth up to the almost 1.500 meters of Monte Penice and, therefore, for a lunch stop. Following, through surprising natural sceneries and of extreme beauty, the paths will continue towards the Trebbia Valley passing through its "capital" Bobbio, to then return to the base camp.
The tours will be held the following day with respect to the days of the courses, to give even those who have followed the course itself the opportunity to immediately measure themselves with the lessons acquired, through the use of the motorcycle on real and enjoyable road routes in complete freedom. . The tour dates will be: 16nd June, 7 July e September 8th. The cost of participation is € 100, the cost for renting the motorbike is € 150.
