Many hairpin bends between the trenches

The road, in excellent condition, is very particularly beautiful when traveled from west to east. Along the way you will notice the Dolomite rocks battered by the bombing of the artillery Great War.

In these areas, thousands of soldiers clashed in a very hard war and also challenged nature, including avalanches, landslides, tunnels dug into the rock. Along the way you will find the Fort of the Three Sassi, sad memory of those battles but very interesting museum. In the same area not to be missed is the open-air museum of the 5 Towers.

Above your heads stands the Little Lagazuoi with its 2.762 meters of height. Around here you can visit the Lagazuoi refuge, Martini ledge, Lagazuoi gallery.
